| Preparation Method: | Prepare soil by mixing cow-dung manure, TSP (Triple Super Phosphate) and oil-cake into the soil. Plant Broccoli saplings aged 3 to 4 weeks in tubs at the evening. First 3 to 4 days of planting, keep Broccoli sapling at shady location and water the plants at mornings and at evenings. Broccoli grows quickly in soft soil. So loosen the planting bed at time to time. Use liquid fertilizer at every 15 days after the saplings grow a little bit. The broccoli becomes fit to consume within 3 months to 3 months 15 days of planting. Harvest only the full size Broccoli head and allow the plant to continue to grow as new Broccoli heads will grow from the root of the plant. |
