| Preparation Method: | First we have to take two pots. In 1 pot we must put rice and in other we must put sand and then put them on the furnace to fry. When frying the rice, salt must be added at proper amount. When the rice is fried it must be poured into hot water. Then holding strongly with ironic tether we must shake them and must mix them and then muri will come out from the rice. Machine is used to fry chira. Though at first to fry chira, the paddy are kept wet under water for 24 hours and then mixing with sand it must be fried. When the rice is fried then we must put them into the machine and then chira will come out from the machine. |
